That might be why so many people didn't trust Suyin when they first saw her. Korra abandoned Tenzin, a great character who she knew she could trust, for a completely new character who seemed to be nicer to her. The exact same thing happened with Su. Korra abandoned Lin, a great character who she knew she could trust,

I'm sure there are other benders with disabilities besides Toph who have adapted it to a strength. Toph can't be the only disabled bender in the world.

Yes, I guess you're right. It would be… interesting, though.

Just a note:
You know how Lin wears a suit made out of metal with only a tank top and pants underneath, and how Ghazan is a lavabender?
What if he turned her armour into lava while she was wearing it?
That'd be a painful way to die.

oh, and there's Lin, whose life is kind of shattered around her

If I were Tenzin, I'd be really glad when the new airbenders showed up but also kind of annoyed. If it's true that Tenzin broke up with Lin because Lin couldn't/really didn't want children and Tenzin had to have children, he'd be really annoyed now that he found out that he didn't actually need children after all.

Unless she gets to the Northern Air Temple and suddenly turns against Korra, Lin and the rest, no.

what finale? What season? THe last I heard, the only seasons that existed were seasons 1 and 3

No, Tenzin is. Upvote anyway!

I think that season 2 fell a bit below but apart from that, completely. The biggest difference I find is that I care about the characters more in Legend of Korra. I found myself worrying more about Lin in season 1 episode 10 and Tenzin in last episode than I ever worried about anyone in the Last Airbender.

It does sound a little like Azula, but she's an amazing voice actress and we have to allow her some lenience.

The only possible hinted incest was when everyone thought that Sokka was Lin's dad and that she and Tenzin were cousins but still went out. That was back in season 1.
