Okay, so, a smell complaint so mild that it can only be detected by this device is worth investigating? Wouldn't the need for this device pretty much nullify the complaint? This feels kind of like having to investigate noise complaints with one of those sonic dish listening devices.

I live in Jersey. We've got so many good pizza joints around here, I don't understand how the chain places stay in business! I used to order chain pizza when I lived in PA. Now I couldn't tell you the last time I had pizza from a chain.
