I agree - there’s a certain level of breaking the rules that is to be expected in any sport, and the punishment for that is fines and suspension. Running in to someone off the track and flipping their car? That's what criminal court is for.

He should of been charged with attempted manslaughter or reckless endangerment at the very least at banned from the sport.
