I expect the next version of PSVR to be damn near unstoppable... but the current version - ESPECIALLY the controls - is garbage. If you are buying VR right now, Quest 2 is the way to go. If you have a PS5 and can hold out a while, PSVR2 is going to change the industry.

They are passing the cost of market research onto the customer with the promise that you will get the product if they deem it profitable enough to make. A large company does not need to do this, they can easily get a market research company to do it but obviously that’s out of pocket costs that won’t be recuperated.
