Oh yeah, I've gone a bit off topic mostly for the closing remarks in the article here:

My tits are too nice for you. Go back to /b/, and learn how not to double-post.

Hahah, you're completely right - the one time I worked in connection with Nintendo (around the time the Wii was about to debut), they had some rather hunky booth dudes who knew nothing about the company and had stopped playing games around the PS1 era. I remember one trying to make people cheer whenever he said the

I'm actually from Mexico! So if you ever went to a convention and saw a girl dressed as an elf (white or blue dress), you saw me.

Oh yeah, I was thinking of the idea of them being "lazy". I actually agree that they (we? hah) aren't of much use, mostly because they (usually) don't have too much knowledge of what they're trying to sell.

My one gripe with TP was that it was a bit too easy. Also that Zant was awesome and then they just replaced him with a crappy Ganon. But yeah, Wind Waker taught me to not complain about graphic styles. Zelda will be awesome whatever it looks like.

Oh god kill it with fire

Hahah thanks :) In all sincerity, it was the only interesting thing it ever happened while working there. I guess I nearly got to meet Reggie Fils-Aime, but couldn't. Being a booth babe in small countries isn't very dynamic :P

Oh yeah, I know he was teasing, but he seriously snuck up from behind - it was bloody fucking scary, which made me yelp, which prompted the viking rescue. I later posed as kidnapped-elf with orc-man, which was fun with due warning ;P

Sis, really, I thought that'd be clear. Thanks for dismissing me, man, never get tired of it :)

Real smile here, fellas.

Gonna say this - I worked as a "booth babe" for some four years, and yeah we work damn hard. Long hours - entire days, usually, from early morning to late at night (we had to pick up/clean our "dressing rooms"). You're not allowed to sit down, and sometimes we were sent to wander around and promote our booth and...

Oh, alright, fine! Can't even joke with you. Have the last word in the internet argument, go on, I'm gonna go cook some curry :P

You missing out.

The latest figures are goddam crazy.

Why?? You never shot a fireball just as you began a dash? Maaaaaaaan!

WHAT? You're defending Mario and forget that you could press B on the NES to make him run??

The core mechanic of Mario is jumping over enemies and advancing horizontally, sometimes (not very often) vertically, continuously to the right of the screen, typically without being able to go back, in long platforming levels. The goal of the game is to rescue a princess from a monster.

Thanks, I thought for sure GoT came at least by 2000 (I know it's not recent but I didn't know it went back that much). Still, it's just a way to compare - I love the story on both, but rarely has a videogame had a fantasy story as well crafted as FFT.

I'll definitely support this. I hope it was set on Ivalice, but probably not since Square owns it.
