But you know that literature is art, literally? Like, art in its vaguest reference is something that awakens & affects the spirits? It's - it's kind of like you're implying that music isn't art because it's intangible.

I played the Advance games before the original - I wasn't very good at English when the original came out, but good enough for the Advance games.
I wouldn't mind optional multiplayer. But if it's enforced, or worse, a MMORPG, then I'll be sad, so sad.
Hahahah Fiora's "Let's go on and on and on!" annoyed me even more. I see your point about epic backstories - this is just personal liking, I quite enjoyed not having them for once.
Her voice. I've lost the taste for those voices (used to think they were the cutest - sorry, the kawaiiest), then lost my liking, then my patience. Nowadays whether female characters talk in moe voice it's actually a factor in deciding whether to watch an anime or not.
You BEAST D:
Bionis is absolutely beautiful and I do sort of want to live there. Except for the bit where I'd be likely to be eviscerated by sentient machines.
Pssst. Her new show. She's a lady.
Hahahahah yeah, man, I was a Lust fan myself but that scene - that scene!!
Cheers, I'll check it out
Yeah, I tend to read manga more than watch anime precisely because I feel that the authors take their research a bit more seriously, and they have more time to expand on it. Gotta say I (mostly) dislike otaku/geek centric shows for the same reason that I dislike books about writers: it strikes me as a little lazy. No…
I do love the original FMA, but yeah, I was actually talking about Brotherhood (keep forgetting to add the subtitle). They're very different but fantastic both, even if the first is mega rushed. I watched Code Geass ages ago and can't say it impressed me much, but can't even say why. Maybe re-watching is in order.
How about both? ...or a really well researched comedy?
Yep that's definitely how to start a discussion -snark-
That is awesome! The only two priests I know, sadly, told me to cast the devil aside, forget about witchcraft, re-take God into my soul, etc., etc. I wasn't even practising anything, I like it for being a different way to see the world! But my country is heavily catholic, and to be fair, all of all Christianity,…
Their definition of "adulthood" greatly differs from mine.
Yes! I'm not a theologist, but studied alchemy myself because I enjoy occultism and stuff. I read an interview with her when she listed the books she used to do her research and was gladly surprised she really knew her stuff - she had achieved a really good understanding of the Emerald Tablet, for instance, and the…
Full Metal Alchemist was a strange marvel to find. It actually had some philosophical context that doesn't disappear/feel like wank after you've read some philosophy, it has a touching story, non-oversexualized characters (male or females) but full developed personalities, and still kick-ass action-wise. People lose…
Regarding 47 Todoufuino R, if the prefectures are represented by dogs, they're not anthropomorphic but zoomorphic or even therianthropic? Sorry I'm a big nerd. I'll be watching Silver Spoon 2 and possibly The Pilot's Love Song if it doesn't get too sappy.
