I looked up the quote on here after posting it to double check, but couldn't find the reply. It was "They're screwing with the wrong people" and it was the first thing called out in the Stray Observations.

The Walking Dead season 4 finale: "They're screwing with the wrong people." Didn't need to read the comics to tell that that line was watered down.
