As is often the case, I really don’t have anything productive or informative to say. I just found an all-purpose gif of Symone Sanders from last night that I think many of you women will find very useful in future debates with Deadspin commentators:

It sucks that the game is designed in such a way that you can be forced to play in a way that’s not fun for you in order to be effective.
I’ve noticed that articles about Overwatch as a game really make me want to play it, and articles about Overwatch players make me want to avoid it.
So basically dude got reported and banned for playing the game the way he likes to play it? That’s amazingly shitty...kinda shitty game design when you’re basically forced to not play the game the way you like to play it, honestly.
Hygge is a danish word, not Icelandic. Hollywood knows that Iceland has actors right?! I’ve been there so many times in the last decade I think it would be really difficult for an American to pick up all the intricacies of playing Icelandic (and therefore not be believable in the roll) (Hubby is Icelandic so as my…
I was a political science major, and I have been doing a lot of thinking about what a Jones upset would mean. It’s pretty significant, and requires a fair amount of nuanced thinking. So I apologize in advance if this gets kind of dense and long, but here’s the analysis of someone who studies and thinks about this…
Just a heads up people: Jorni is a troll who started a new account so you can’t see their history.
Here’s a comment from their old account about August Ames suicide:
It always bugs me when something so serious is included in DirtBag.
Genuinely speaking...what is the Republicans’ soul exactly? They’re supporting a child molester so they can pass a tax plan getting called irresponsible in the pages of Forbes.
The past year? Lol. The GOP doesn’t have any morals they wouldn’t be willing to sell for a buck.
Over the past year? My dude, if you think it’s just recently happened, you haven’t been paying attention
Out of curiosity, what are the views you have that still make you conservative? You don’t identify as Republican, but do you still vote for them?
The GOP sold its soul 35 years ago with Reagan. The rest is just shit circling down the drain into a herpes infected cesspool.
Elex is a terribly constructed video game full of glitches, lag, eye-sores, and confusing mechanics. I would not…
It’s still shit that this guy that helped us to be able to spout bullshit on the internet was neglected by the country that he helped protect. It took his random act of kindness and a internet savvy person to get him the help he needed to hopefully pull him out of the sad state he’s in. I truly hope this is a positive…
I only found out about a harassment situation at a former workplace of mine years later. I knew both of the people involved, too. It’s usually HR policy not to discuss any details. Some people knew more than I did, but in most workplaces spreading that kind of info around is a fireable offense.
It’s one of my favorite movies, but there’s no way Miller’s Crossing is more famous than The Usual Suspects.
Eh... people honestly don’t know. It’s part not wanting to know, but predators camouflage themselves pretty good. Also people who know the truth sometimes hide it to protect others. Several abrupt moves in my past came up in conversation with my mom recently and I was blindsided by a few things.
Oh I agree it’s essentially pointless in terms of actual productive governing (I’m British), but what it’s perfect for is grilling a person to see if it’s all front and bullshitting, or they actually know gritty details of issues. - it becomes obvious.
