One positive side-effect of the restrictions on using the f-bomb has been the sometimes extremely successful strategic deployment of the linguistic Tsar Bomba from the filmmaker’s arsenal. First Class even set up an excellent follow up to this scene in Days of Future Past.

I would rather they give the gig to a literal steaming pile of garbage than to Dr. Oz. At least the garbage pile doesn’t shill for snake oil and give potentially questionable medical advice.

Levar is so committed to Jeopardy,

Hey there; just wanna say fuck you. Okay, thanks.

I literally laughed when I saw the “finally”. It’s been less than 80 days since the man took office, and he’s been more than a little focused on getting a pandemic under control, reversing as many of Mango Mussolini’s directives as possible, and planning out a ton of things that we haven’t even heard about yet. To get

I don’t think the “finally” parenthetical is very fair to Biden, who hasn’t been in office 100 days and kind of had some other stuff on the front burner. I’m frankly pleasantly surprised he’s testing the waters so quickly.

Holy shit. We knew it was coming, but when it did…

Everyone save your money and just keep you damn ears clean.

I’d like to see those cowards try that shit on a cat.

Speaking as a human - and an American one at - yea our healthcare system is fucked up and gross.

I mean this extremely sincerely, this isn’t an insult: if you don’t think you will ever eat in a restaurant again, you should talk to a therapist. That is not a healthy reaction at all.

Well I will just question one single thing you wrote “Without infection, transmission isn’t possible”.
Imagine this scenario you are vaccinated and supposedly immune to the virus, but your spouse/colleague/family member is infected, does you being vaccinated mean that your clothes won’t carry the virus?

Suggesting that life shouldn’t change at all post-vaccine is a good way to discourage people on the fence from getting the shot at all.

Just curious: is there anyone out there who has seen the Snyder Cut and came away excited about a Cyborg movie? After that four-hour experience, my impression is ... meh. The character was fine. Fisher’s performance was fine. There’s absolutely no part of that backstory or character arc that I want to spend more time

Silly rabbit. Resignations are for Democrats.

Or the car accelerates so hard it reverses the Earth’s rotation, a la Superman

Can’t wait to see how they bring him back for real this time.  I assume time travel - driving a Charger so fast with so much NOS that they slingshot around the sun a la Star Trek IV

He comes across as someone intensely invested in his art, but also incredibly personable, I’m not sure I’ve heard someone say a word against him.

Is it at all concerning that this The News Each Day thing seems super, super sketchy?
