Guy who played Scorpio in Farscape was make-upped for Tarkin in that brief shot we see of him at the end of Ep 3. Did a stunning job, don’t know why they wouldn’t go with the same guy for Rogue One, so here’s hoping we get to see Tarkin in all his amazing Imperial finery.
