$3500???

I read once an article about a study that found that female voice can damage males in some way. Can't find it.

@cyberXwarrior: "I don't remember putting it there, it was just there..."

I can't determine if it's really a .40 S&W. Could be a .45 ACP too. Also, I can't see the gun very well, but looks like a Glock. I will asume a Glock 22 then. Length of twist is 9.84 in., that means, a full twist in that lenght. Muzzle velocity should be around 1020 fps. So, to calculate angular speed:

What I really don't get is, why this obsession to make robots mimic humans? What's the point? Humans behave in some way, cats behave in another, dogs in another one, etc. Why should a machine act similarly? Machines are machines, let them be that.

@Kimrod: No... only that they are creepy.

Well it's good to see that for a lot of guys here like me, this film had a strong influence in their lives. The good kind of influence.

And this is why people shouldn't try to make science without even knowing how the scientific method works.

@zenpoet: OK, maybe I am being dumb here, but how can a child be charged with child pornography???

Wow, a couple of small changes and that Penthouse would be fantastic.

The ESB is probably one of the most incredible movies I have ever seen, especially visually. The different creatures, the different worlds, the amount of detail in the spaceship models, the sense of "enormous" of some places and machinery, and all of that dipped in that feeling of mysticism and adventure of the whole

@RogueWarrior: I have to agree with @cletar. I saw the movie in the cinema at the time when I was a kid. Apart from being a little traumatized when Vader cuts Luke hand, when he tells hims he's his father I was like "Wtf?!? his father? but he just cut his hand!"

@Fekdep: I was amazed with that figure too. I can't believe there are about 1 million people working there. How do you manage that?

@RLJSlick: Just what I was going to say.

What a load of garbage. That was just sad and nothing more.

OK, anyone that has deep knowledge about acoustics or has constructed a speaker know the enormous challenge it can be.

OK, I checked two source for MSDS reference, one from the Oxford University, the other from the NIOSH.

"2 or 3 Gs is tough, but this is just a little bit stronger gravity than the Earth"

Come on, if aliens were to discover us, they should only need to look a little bit in the internet to decide disintegrating us to the atomic level.
