I was most excited to see CBS Sunday Morning. Yes, I'm old.

Weird. The one I worked at the tuna was pre-made.

The meat they make the meatballs at Subway is pretty poor quality. All the ingredients are, but they REALLY are. I worked at Subway, so I've eaten everything that they serve because I got a free sub every shift. The tuna is the best thing, mostly because it's hard to fuck up tuna.

You forgot the most important thing about this movie: Jonathan Rhys Meyers is in it.

That a fashion dynamo! This is almost as great as when Karl Lagerfeld's cat Choupette had a "style profile" in a magazine.

My dad used to brag that he once paid $10 to see the Rolling Stones!

The music of Leon Russell, Vietnam War movies, the novels of Patrick O'Brian and C. S. Forester, the poetry of John Masefield, the movie A Clockwork Orange, musical theater in general, anything to do with Liza Minnelli, Animaniacs and The Simpsons.

I misread your post. I thought you were asking if anyone would mention that story here mostly because I actually did wonder that as I had read the Radar story before reading this one, since Radar is pretty mocked on here I didn't think many people here would see it.

Two people have already mentioned it.

I read the report, so while I know it's accurate, those are words I never expected to see together.

I cannot believe I live in a world where someone can be described as a "Jon-Benet Ramsey impersonator."

The Radar story includes a copy of the actual police report, which CineCraft included in his second link. I wouldn't recommend reading it though. It's horrifying.

I have both those on my Kindle. I should read them.

As I mentioned in my post of the books I read this month, True Crime Addict by James Renner. It explores the mysterious disappearance of Maura Murray along with Renner's own fascination with true crime and his family's history of violence.

Have you read Sister Carrie? It's my favorite Dreiser and one of my all-time favorite books.

Due to the rave review it got here, I just read The Girls by Emma Cline. I didn't like it as much as the reviewer did. The third act is a bit muddled and the present day scenes aren't well-developed enough to hold my interest.

Exactly.

yeah, and Ohlmeyer is gloriously bashed!

My money's on Fowler winning.

He's great in Downloading Nancy, but I think I'm the only person on Earth who likes that movie.
