Fair. My brother also told me that the govt in BC makes you live as the gender you want to have surgery for for 2 years . My brother is a pretty big guy with bad anxiety and isn’t sure about this caveat. I’m not surprised at the waiting lists though.

Unfortunately, returning them to the ocean would be a death sentence. Orcas have a complex social structure, plus... some of these orcas have never even been in the ocean, they were born in to hell, I mean captivity. Best option would be sea pens
