When my daughter was about 12, her travel soccer team “scored” a goal when the opposing goalie punted the ball directly into the face of her own teammate, off of which it bounced into the goal. They won this game 1-0. True story.

My band-member daughter was picked up by the second bus. Having a Greyhound bus trip home at 2:00pm the next afternoon did not garner her a spot on the team bus.
