Instead of banning wind turbines, maybe it's time to develop more advanced radar systems.

For some reason, I can't see this selling well.

@Antubis: The incredibly thin batteries would have to be flexible, as well.

I would be interested in seeing where they would put the power supply. Unless, of course, they can make incredibly thin batteries that will be able to supply enough power for a 19 inch e-paper display.

I can definitely see a major lawsuit on Zuckerberg's hands if he decides to go through with this. Apple has proven time and time again that it doesn't take crap from anyone, and in a legal battle between Facebook and Apple, my money would definitely be on the latter.

My problem is that I have no self-control. So when I buy a box of these, I'm gonna end up eating the ENTIRE thing at one sitting, thus removing all inhibitions and causing me to run naked throughout my suburb.

@docb: Nothing, good sir, is more important than Play-Doh.

@Arken: Nice find!

@ninja_togo: Or the interweb is wrong. Perhaps more studying is in order. I'll do some more research and get back with you about the results.

@Will Burns: That's disappointing to hear. It makes sense though, considering Youtube is owned by Google.

@ninja_togo: According to Seattle's Channel 5, only about 5 to 8 percent of soil's nitrogen oxide is produced by lightning. However, I only looked at a couple of sites on the subject, so take this claim with a grain of salt.

I'm rather interested in seeing how well voices will be translated via Google Voice. Let's hope it's not the nightmare Youtube's translation service is.

@TheOriginalEd: If Facebook gets into a lawsuit with Google, then my money would definitely be on Google.

@CaptainJack: If that's true, I'll have another reason to love Google forever.

It might be a good idea, if well-executed. The ONLY way this would work, IMHO, is if the entire phone body was aluminum, but it would still be bendable.

Would there be any chance whatsoever of this being brought to the states?

I can see the police getting IP addresses from this site and tracing them to where the stoners are.

@Meh: IMHO, the network of lightening rods would be so large that it wouldn't be very cost-efficient.
