Francis Ford Coppola produced Victor Salva’s film Clownhouse. Salva, during the course of making that film, sexually abused the 12-year-old lead actor Nathan Winters. Salva was arrested before production finished, and Coppola paid for his attorney. Nathan was forced (via threat of lawsuit) to dub the film in Francis

The first season was one of the best arguments for weekly drops as opposed to the “dropping it all at once” model IMO, because it not only let so many viewers get on board, I was genuinely anticipating the final episode, days out. And then for that last half of the episode to just... go there. *chef’s kiss*

Yeah, there’s a whole list of movies, shows, and books I want to dig into. Something with Jon “Trump has a tongue for truths” Voight makes this an easy pass. Apparently (alleged) sexual and physical abuser and (known) plagiarist Shia LaBoeuf is in this too. You know who else can act at least as well as them? *LOTS* of

This time they even spend some money in the show! Not to mention script! Woo!

You clearly didn’t watch the Amazon series. In it Sauron is joined by his nerdy younger brother Chad.

Phew. I did not take this as a given. Thing looked expensive and other than the vault set I wasn’t sure what sets they could re-use next season.

Yeah, pretty sure Jon Voight is a piece of shit too.

Casting abuser Shia LaBeouf as a trans character (or any character) was probably a bad call.

I can understand wanting to distance himself from all of that but, honestly, his genuinely shocked reaction only made him look better. He doesn’t have anything to be upset about (other than the events that caused the documentary to exist at all)

This guy’s really milking this for all it’s worth to try to get people to forget that he is also a sexual predator!

I was sexually abused and didn’t grow up to rape any kids. I know other people who were sexually abused and didn’t grow up to rape any kids. Yes Drake Bell was a victim. But he has still used this situation to rehab his own image as a predator in a way that I’m uncomfortable with. This guy is both a victim and an

Chet can play the SNL official cocaine dealer.

Karma is real.

“Robbing” is a strong and inappropriate word. It would have been awesome to see Gladstone win because I really loved her performance, but Stone’s was also really incredible, and a much bigger part of her film. The award was up for grabs especially between the two of them, and not for Gladstone to lose.

Becasue it was too long and frequently dull?

I actually posted about this on my FB page yesterday

Spoilers, dude!
