I saw the first couple of episodes and definitely preferred it to BReaking BAd (which I love but absolutely doesn't hold up on more than one viewing) (not just the first episodes of BB either, I felt the first two episodes were stronger than most episodes of BB) but that was when I started delving more into film so

Happy birthday! Cool birthday! All kinds of birthdays!

I hope I can make it so I can be wrong on all of the questions

Yo I should let y'all know that every fucking Soderbergh film is better every god damn time you watch it and the man should be mentioned along with Antonioni and Heraclitus and all other such great people of history jesus fuck

Note: I have not had either of the end-of-year Xocoveza Stouts and I'm sure at least one of them (but probably both) would make the list.

I don't subscribe to the theory that s1 was middling and s2 is surprisingly great but s2 is definitely better. The milestone I have been using with people is that if you're not interested after the sixth episode then you probably won't be, but 6 deals with many things that make up the show as a whole.

I find it hard to believe any news by the end of the year will top this relief (though it's very possible the relief of Carol being great as expected will)

I don't feel.

Föllakzoid! Sacred Bones are just a great label all around; I'd also recommend to anyone reading to listen to the new Jenny Hval (also on SB) because her confrontational nature is beautiful.

Dudes #1-whatever, I made another flick/film/movie/motion picture (a short one, too! Less than 3 minutes!). It has a lot of loud noises and jarring cuts so if you're cool with that then check it out by clicking on this text! Let me know what you think!

Just the stuff I really dug (going by Letterboxd's 2015 listings so there will likely be some 2014 films):

Young Fathers always end up high in my year-end lists.
