What laws are they snubbing? I find nothing dishonest about how they do business and in fact have created a much better system/ business model than the traditional taxi cab system, which is insanely and unecessarily over regulated.

Sigh...as usual, I guess I shouldn't be too surprised that my Windows Phone is a 3rd-class citizen. Hopefully over the years that might change. An easy alternative is of course just calling a cab, on the very rare occasion that public transport won't suit my needs.
No, it's not humane, but then fish aren't human. They're fish. It's the best possible way because you can't drive them to wilderness lakes. You can't hike them in because you'd need something providing oxygen to water. Colorado has been doing this for years. The mortality rate is quite low.
There is actually some really cool history behind the adoption of dropping fish using fire fighting planes. A few fish are stunned and die yes but at the time this method got the fish out into hard to reach lakes much much faster. The death rate for fish being transported over land in barrels was considerably higher…
I'm not sure it totally matters if it is humane when you realize those fish were literally bred to be captured by people with metal hooks, be air downed, gutted, cooked, and eaten.
How else would you get them to such remote locations? Light aircraft like that are cheap and easy. Sure, it's probably not the greatest experience being ejected from the plane and into the lake, but think about it logically. The terminal velocity of a fish can't be that high, and it looks like the aircraft pitches up…
How is this the best possible option? Is this humane? I'm not sure why I'm so appalled it just looks so forceful. Sad fishies.
You're an idiot.
I think Gizmodo killed the website.... it is loading at super slow speeds.
I can just hear Ken Ham denying it right now.
One point I forgot to mention that a Facebook friend just made; it's actually incredibly hilly here in Birmingham. Which adds to the difficulties (and which is another thing you would not necessarily expect if you've never been here).
seriously.... the picture shows a light skiff of snow. I've driven on the highway at 80km/h with 3-4 inches of snow on the highway.... I do not have awd/4wd I do not have snow tires. I know how to drive. Do not blame this on equipment to clear snow, because often the snow doesn't get cleared off when your diving on it…
And that's the problem, you shouldn't have to edit in post... GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
:)
Am I terrible person for thinking that 'thumbs up' picture would make a great meme?
