Novels and films both tell stories, but they are differing mediums. literature is descriptive. The author can give you dialogue, both internal and external. It can though only describe what something might look like mediated through the reader's own imagination. Film is visual. It can give you external dialogue but

I believe it is the World Tree Yggrasill, from Norse myth, maybe. If it is, Mr. Wednesday and the tree have along history together. It's not quite what you might call a god, but it is powerful.

All I can say is, if they follow the book, you will figure out what Mr. World is. If I say more you will just see the spoiler redaction blocks. Just gonna have to wait for it.

It's easy to over read minutia in shows like this. Finding easter eggs everywhere, but they kept having shots of the little Eiffel tower. Then I remembered that in the tarot the Tower card symbolizes doom and destruction, especially to home life. Way to telegraph it. Great episode.
