As something that had happened before all the madness began, I think it was simply a harbinger that we got to see after the fact.   I don't remember if that scene was already shown at the beginning of the series or not, but I'm thinking not.

I kind of agree, I dug this episode a lot.  There was a lot of semi-closure, despite the fact that Shelly, Sister Mary Eunice and the Doctor are the only plots that are totally closed.  Having not seen the first season yet I have nothing to compare it to, so I really couldn't care less about that at this point.  But

I agree. I have known some of the music from this show but had never seen it before this, but one of the things I did know was that Eponine dies.  I remember seeing just that moment performed on TV somewhere, maybe 10 or 15 years ago and being moved by that little moment, but something about the way her storyline was

OUCH!

OUCH!

I was 9 when my aunt recommended The Rocky Horror Picture Show to my clueless mother, since I liked musicals.  I absolutely loved it, and still do to this day.  Other than a gentle warning not to tell my friends about it — and to not impersonate Frank singing "Sweet Transvestite" around the house — the situation

I was just gonna go look it up to watch it.  "Oh, right."

I'm thinking Mudderway is referring, by "closet rooms" to what we in America would call a closet, walk-in or standard, compared to an "Ikea Closet" which most of us in the US would probably call a wadrobe or something to that effect.  I've never been to Germany but I'm guess it either isn't or wasn't standard to build

One needs nothing more than Netflix and about 60 seconds to kill to see such a scene in the movie "Antichrist," as it turns up early on.  In slow motion and HD, no less.

That was beautiful.  Just beautiful.
