Never had a problem taking down Oppressors, Deluxos, or the Ruiner 2000 with a buzzard. Not that I’ve seen a Ruiner in a very long time. Most people are garbage at using pretty much everything.

I don’t know about there, but most cops are allowed to make a visual determination on speeding. They can also follow you without their lights on, and see what their speed is at to make that choice as well. They don’t need a radar gun to say you’re speeding.
