If they did the 3.3T with the manual, people would complain that they can't get the cheap engine with the manual, and it would likely sell even fewer.

Jalopnik commenters: “If automakers would just offer more manuals, they’d see that people are willing to buy these cars!”
I’m glad they “get it”. You can have a brand with sporting pretensions without offering a manual. I think BMW has really lost it, and their dropping manuals is proof.
Yeah and the call it the Reign of Terror and it resulted in the direct deaths of 40 thousand people (few of which were rich) and plunged the entire continent into a series of wars that killed between 3 and 6 million more.
Alternate opinion: Body roll is used as a handling cheat when there is a tight budget for suspension - The car rolls onto the outside shocks/springs, fully compresses them, and then the bumpstops essentially act as a very stiff shock/spring combo. If I was in the market for a new car, I’d definitely go check this one out. Come on, Jalops, put your money where your mouth is!
“That Adventure trim apparently has 8.6 inches of ground clearance, which is fairly decent, even if the 19 degree approach angle and 21 degree departure angle aren’t amazing.”
Thank goodness! The speed bumps on the back way behind the Whole Foods to get to the Starbucks’ drive through are a real bitch.
Love ‘off-road’ vehicles that are capable of making it 40 feet further down a trail than a stock Yaris.
It seems like the shitty move is mobilizing consumers to try to enforce a near monopoly on digital sales, even though the 30% commission is usurious at best.
Lack of sex does that
