In Illinois they did Springfield, Rockford and Peoria. Seems to me there’s another city in Illinois that may have had some interesting stat’s (Chicago)

Wow - he lasted a whole year before he almost quit? Try 5, 10, or 15, and then say “don’t quit - success is just around the corner.” Sometimes you need to accept that it isn’t.

Usually 2 years but it depends how bad the situation is. Currently, it's been a year and I'm ready to move on for sure.
