I think my mom would have done the same had the guy been in his mid-twenties or older... But one year apart? I don't know. That sounds like terrible advice. The only times I've ever felt nauseas or light-headed when working out, I've stopped, taken a break then carried on (or went home if the shitty feelings didn't go away).

I'm not A type at all, but I love spinning. Firstly, I'm elated to sit down for an hour, and being in a class motivates me to push myself so much harder than when I'm alone (if I'm alone I'm done at the first sign of heavy sweating, haha)

Mine was the same. I remember we had to sew our own dresses and were forced to wear them to some stupid summer dance. Like, we literally weren't allowed to go buy a dress for the dance. That might not matter to some people, but most 16 year olds sewing a dress for the first time... Yeah, we all looked like shit.
