I don't know, "One Day More" seems like too deliberate and loaded a song choice to for a "just in case" final episode, especially since Thomas was developing a contemporary take on Les Miz back in 2013. That whole sequence feels more like Thomas is playing off the old saying that a happy ending depends on where you

The best part of the recalibration was just the presence of more Muppets. Not only stuffing rooms full of them, but bouncing around in the hallways. It felt like the studio was really full of Muppets for the first time in a while.

That repeating establishing pan of the bus with the changing sign was hilarious to me.

I suspect that "Pig's In A Blackout" is representative of one side of the the "creative differences" that caused the show runner shakeup in the first place, since it's so largely steeped in traditional Muppet Show antics as opposed to the adult-oriented, The Office-like mockumentary the show was originally pitched as

Furthermore, even if it were true, why would Diane say that she mentored Alicia after the whole "trying to steal an election" thing? Surely that's something you'd rather people not think about?

So what makes love the exception?

Whatever happened to Robyn? During this whole thing looking for a new investigator I kept wondering about her.

She kind of reminded me of Wanda from Wayne & Wanda.

My favorite joke of the night was easily "I was going to go to medical school, but it turns out they just wanted to dissect me."

The reaction shot of the dog looking straight up at the camera was such a gut-punch. So sad.

I assume a blood-born disease carries the same issues as telling her she's on heroin: her mother forcing her into group therapy, and medical treatment, etc. She'd absolutely force Liv to go for regular appointments, and then she's back at square one being grilled by medical professionals.

I find it interesting that in the "Epilogue" Binoche starts wearing a lot of graphic tees, for all that implies. I really want to talk about what happens at the end of "Part 2," but I also feel like that should be a closely guarded secret.

It's okay, but it's not nearly as good as those news parodies over on Fox. Those are absolutely genius.

Oh, wow. Good point, especially following that scene in car. It would certainly explain what they're going to do with the more than second half of the season. Trying to take down Lemond Bishop.

For a show that takes its continuity and call-backs so seriously, you'd think they'd remember that Lily and Robin already kissed once before, way back when Lily was getting married.

Ha. Nope, not even the same gender.

It was not, though I was just as perplexed as Rachel Bilson.

Donde esta la biblioteca, Pedro?

So that "And that's how I got here"/"I meant how did you get here from the subway" thing actually happened to me. (I was not the one sharing my life story).

Lawsuits just mean you care.
