Florence, South Carolina. When I lived there, they could not clear 2-3cm of snow and the entire city shut down. They had to get snowplows from another city to clear the snow.

Because muffled engine noise and the sound of snow is so much more enjoyable. I have a stock Impreza. A car that is not known for having the best sounding engine. Plus with the waterproof case on the GoPro, the sound quality is crap.
