I don’t know if it has anything to do with this, but in many European countries they teach you to put the car in neutral and pull the e-brake at red lights. I’m not sure what the reason behind this practice is, but I rarely do it.

I thought beer was a safe alternative to water because of the fermentation process that kills the bacteria. Once you open the container and expose the beer to oxygen, it doesn’t stay fresh for long. I don’t know much about this, but I would not trust a 5% alcohol solution when disinfecting something...:)

I doubt there are many organisms that are killed by a 5% alcohol solution (e.g. beer), but if that’s what makes people be OK with this... :)

That’s absolutely not true. I had the cash to buy my previous two vehicles, but with sub 3% auto loans it made a lot more sense to take out the loans, and invest my cash elsewhere.
