Anything of the like for Chrome? I know how to make an application shortcut, but this is a lot more full featured. Can you pin the resulting app to the Win7 taskbar?

Set my parents up on Cozi, seems like a pretty nice service. It's easy to use and free, with a paid $5 ad-free app.

All I wish is that iTunes didn't run soooooooo slooooooow on my PC when I have an iDevice plugged in. It's awful, just unacceptable. I know it runs better on a Mac than W7, but still. It's bad.

Wait for iOS 5 and Reminders. It's simple, easy, and does what 90% of the ones available do but in a very nice manner. Once it gets syncing with Google Tasks (functionality is there through the Exchange set up, just needs enabling I guess) it'll kill most of the basic to intermediate apps.

I use Gmail and MobileMe (and Live.com), and would like contacts and calendars in sync between them (Gmail and MM priority). Calendar would be nice, but contacts are essential. Any ideas?

Easier? Sure. But if Giz is going to implement a system, then they should, you know, support it. If that person wants their feed clear of anything Apple related, then posts about Apple should be tagged as such so the built in not: system can pick up on it. And I personally LIKE lots of tags on posts; makes finding

Reeder is the single best app I have downloaded for any platform. Between that and Read It Later, I read and learn ten times more now than I ever have.

Wants me to disable 2-step authentication. No thank you.

iPad with good headphones, and one of those blowup lap pillows. Best way to fly.

Anyone have one for Win7? That'd be pretty useful for a few weeks to learn a bunch of other ones.

I feel so lucky that I can buy the exact same line of pants in several different colors and know it'll fit every time.

Anything valuable and able to be damaged by claws.

I don't like losing my place. Sometimes I'm listening to long live sets, or classical, and it's a pain to have to seek around. For $1, it would be worthwhile if I had a Mac.

There is no set process for Verizon or AT&T to replace a ported out number with a new one. The process (as far as I know it, and I've worked for both) is that a new line will be set up with a manual contract added for the correct length. Which is a PAIN.

There's a difference between a big phone and a big screen. The Atrix is almost the exact same size as my iP4, but it has a 4" screen. The Atrix is my perfect phone size. Wish I could just send a list of what I want a phone to be to HTC and have them custom make it for me...

I will not purchase another Sony product, and will recommend that other people not buy them either. Since the Federal Government OK'd jailbreaking/rooting, I'm not exactly sure why Sony's case even got this far.

I would promote you, but I can't figure the new Gawker out.

Remember that the new AT&T tethering plan is $45 for 4gb total, with the $10/gb over that. So it's better than the old price of +$20 for tethering enabled, no extra data.

@rtpiercy: It's me :D. Nice to see another HF somewhere else on the web!

Watch, and a good fountain pen. The watch for looks more than timekeeping, and the pen for style, since my physical writing tends to be very short (back of business card type things).
