Do they not have Maury Povich where you live? That’s what they show at the shop I take my car to for oil changes. Doesn’t matter what time of day I’m there, it’s always Maury.

I agree in part - I don’t particularly like that wheel/tire combo (and I kind of hate the drift car lettered tires), but trying to make it look like an original car is,as DopamineFiend says, going to make people pickier. Personally, I’d have gone for some kind of classic styled alloy - Minilite/RS Watanabe, or maybe

Can’t edit - the RB car was at the dealership for servicing - I guess they’d just schedule them wherever the cars were (I was in the Chicago suburbs at the time)

I remember seeing one of these, still in full Red Bull regalia with the can on top, sitting at the local MINI dealer. This would’ve been sometime in 2015, as I was shopping for a new car then and MINI was on my shortlist. I kind of want one of these now, as a winter beater.

The P-39 and 63 are two of my favorite aircraft, solely for the design.

Ha, I know exactly where this video was shot, and have photographed trains there when I still did that regularly and the J was still around. (I will admit to being excited when I randomly caught a Heritage unit on the UP - I never had a scanner or anything, I would just keep an eye on the tracks whenever I was nearby

Right? The still for that video is of the BL, and I’m thinking I’d be pretty excited to see one too.

There’s a high probability that none of those cars actually have any mechanical bits in them anymore.

Out of curiosity were spring rates different side to side? IIRC that mail delivery vehicles usually have some kind of tub or something next to the driver where a lot of the mail is actually carried. I would imagine they’d be beefier on that side.

Don’t always hear that second syllable.

There was a guy on the Miata forum who told of clipping the ends off all the zip ties holding the wiring harness together, just for a weight advantage in his showroom stock autocross car. Claimed he did it within a couple of days of bringing the new car home (like, new-new, not new to him). I forget what all else he

What I really wanna know is...why was that Hannity smoking? Like, the header photo looks shopped but that really happened?

I would watch this. Hell, I think I’ve been to this mall.

Reminded of a story I read in a Bill Bryson book, where he was talking about the grocery store his mom shopped at. They had a little mechanical conveyor belt that the bagger would load your stuff onto, then you got your car and pulled out to a little kiosk in the parking lot to get your stuff. Super space age, and

I never understood the hype behind Chik-Fil-A. I’d never eaten at one but I knew loads of people who raved about it, so when one opened up near me I went in and got a sandwich and fries (this was juuuust as it was starting to be a statement to eat there or not. Sometime after the Cathay family’s opinions became news,

I also don’t recall him wearing gloves in the car - maybe they were light colored or something.

It also occurs to me that a lot of Corvette types who bemoan some kind of change in the newest version, always say “Welp, I guess I’ll just have to keep my C5" or whatever previous generation car they already have. I saw it happen with the C6 because it didn’t have flip up headlights, and holy shit did it happen with

I think I’m the only person I know who’s dad didn’t have a Playboy stash somewhere in the house. And I searched everywhere in that place! I’m pretty sure he just kept them at work, along with the cigarettes he wasn’t allowed to smoke.

I think I saw a boob!

Oh man, I’d have kept the XJS wheels.
