When a teenager posts a racist/homophobic/sexist joke on twitter, commentators here gleefully attempt to ruin their life by contacting their school, employers, etc.

Yet here you are, on a site that also regularly delights in obnoxious asshole bigotry — but, of course, it’s perfectly fine to be an anti-Christain bigot, because Christians deserve to be endlessly mocked for their faith while Muslims deserve to be endlessly respected.

It would be incredibly ethnocentric and Islamophobic to stop them, wouldn’t it? Who are we to impose our western values on them?
