*sends thoughts and prayers

This is the first time Melania has been positive around Trump in a long long time.

He was around mike pence recently without a mask so best case scenario they both get it, croak and new president Nancy Pelosi yanks the Barrett nomination

I’m sure all our thoughts and prayers are with the coronavirus at this diffcult time.

Whats that sound? The world's tiniest violin, you say? Interesting. Interesting.

This. The misplaced anger that flows when McDonald’s cashiers are trying to get $13/hr to feed themselves on less than 60 hrs/week, because you’re getting only $15 to teach, or be a nursing assistant, or fix cars, when really these people should be pissed they’re only making $15. Their wages aren’t wrong, yours are.

I didn’t think I needed this car to exist but now I NEED it to.

Eh I don’t think he’s as smart as everyone says he is, including Dershowitz.

But doesn’t the GT500 have 150 more GTs?

I’ll never understand Ted Cruz. It’s not just Dershowitz who gave him such high praise, a number of famous Harvard Law professors have said he’s one of the smartest students they’ve ever encountered. Now Ford's jumping the curb and taking out enthusiasts.  Well played, Ford.

Anyways, he had a loaner car that had a lane departure warning that would audibly beep every time you got close to the stripes. Holy shit, that was some of the most nerve-racking 40 minutes

It’s like to saying that when I set up a bill for auto-payment, I shouldn’t expect the payment to go through automatically.

Companies also have a legal obligation not to mislead the public as to the capabilities of their products. (Plenty of case law around this - TBH, I’m surprised the families of people who have been killed in Autopilot accidents haven’t sued Tesla’s ass off yet)

Yabut, Tesla leaning into your very correct assertion (people will need to parse the marketing BS) is irresponsible.

Tesla also offers a system called “Full Self Driving Capability”, a phrase that sounds pretty unambiguous until you read the fine print (which too many people don’t).

I think the problem with Autopilot is that it’s a term that meshes well with Elon Musk’s self-image as The Man of the Future™. Though Tesla stans have argued that it’s synonymous with autopilot features on airliners, most people are taking their cue on the term from science fiction, which is “the computer drives the
