My guess is he had a few drinks and will face absolutely zero repercussions for this.

All the SEMA builds I’ve seen on TV are a bunch of guys running around in the last 12 hours screaming at each other how they’re not going to finish in time to get the car on the truck for Vegas (and random showers of sparks in the background).

To my mind, SEMA Build says one step above Pimp My Ride quality.

I bought the Lego version of the 1980s Audi Quattro rally car that this one is mimicking. That is as close as I will ever get to this car.

For $60k I could get a new S4 that doesn’t have the questionable build characteristics of a SEMA car. Or, for less than half of this, I could pick up another 2013 S4 that doesn’t have the questionable build characteristics of a SEMA car.
