I was recently shopping for a MB C300. After a short test drive, the sales guy could tell I was serious but unsure. They gave me the keys, had me fill out a rental agreement (took 10 minutes), and let me take the car for 24 hours, no strings, for free. I drove it to work the next day, enjoyed my commute, and got to

Did you like the GTI enough that you would get it if the Golf R was not an option? If not, then don’t bother with the R. If so, then I’d ask do you live where it snows about half the year? If not, get a GTI and then get an APR tune for it, and you’ll be over 300 hp with a lot of spare money. If it snows a lot where

I don’t know, but something tells me the word “yo” is involved in the answer.

Sorry this is a long response, but you asked for details. The car is a 2014 CPO C300 4Matic Sport with extremely low miles, and it is only 9 months old. The age is a big deal for the CPO since it's unlimited miles, with the in-service date being key since that determines when the unlimited mile CPO warranty ends. They

It's not just the exclamation points, but also the SPACE then exclamation point? WTF is that? I've been seeing this more lately. Are you afraid if it's too close to that last letter of the sentence we won't see it? I don't get why people do this, and it looks stupid.

"You might be right, but I suppose it depends on how much you value your time. I have no desire to spend an entire day at the dealer."

This isn't limited to luxury cars. All of my VW's did this too (shocking, I know). Then the dealer can't replicate the problem, and back to me it comes. Being able to replicate random gremlins is one of the most frustrating issues with new cars, and also why I've given up on VWs. Now I have a C300 4Matic (yeah, not

I'm sure Doug DeMuro approves.

At least you won't have to worry about the approach angle on the driveway.

As long as the black panel button still works. :)

I'm 38. I've owned a SuperMac.

"A small truck is most likely my next vehicle, and I've always been a fan of repairs."

I mean when the seats are folded flat and I'm going on a trip. I got a hatch because I do stuff with my car. :)

The Focus ST is a great car, and I really like them, but the GTI is more refined, has a better interior, and is more comfortable on the road. It's also more expensive to buy, more expensive to tune, more expensive to service, and less reliable overall, so there are trade offs with everything.

I mean for throwing stuff back there. For accessing the hatch in my GTI from the sides, I'd never do a 3 door. I still gave you a star though... you have a good point. :)

I think for what you get at the Fiesta's price, it's more forgivable.

As somebody who drives over 70 miles per day in his GTI, and has driven the Focus ST several times, I disagree.
