Can't tell who was driving at what time. You have state by state jurisdictions, so a state would have to pin point beyond a shadow of a doubt which person was the driver in their state. And whether their data would be admissible in any court in the first place would be highly questionable.

I agree. It was the first thing I thought of when I considered if the data could be used against them. They'd have to prove the driver.

I've owned 2 Jeep Wranglers. Both drove like crap, but I loved every minute of it. With the top and doors off, they were both some of the most fun vehicles I've driven.
