I’m noticing a new scam, or at least it’s new to me.... where a few eBayers (both in the US and in Europe) are creating eBay accounts, accummulating a few positive feedbacks, then they go ahead and make you pay for an item they don’t intend to ship out. The picture in their listing is bogus and then they close out…
