Best "Ghost" movie that isn't "Ghost" (and WAAAAAAY better that that film): "Truly, Madly, Deeply"

These days, it's pretty hard to tell the difference between hilarious hard-left libs trolling and actual hard-right idiots expressing themselves. The more outrageous spoofs get quickly followed in the media by actual utterances (sometimes from political candidates) that take one's breath (and faith in humanity) away.

Why would anyone want to kiss ro…..*glancing at Snyder's face….oh….

I saw this last night and LOVED it! Iris is quite the inspiration. Not only was it fascinating to see her go through her days, it was also deeply touching to watch her relationship with her husband (who celebrated his 100th birthday in the film!). She came across as not only wise and creative, but also kind, humble

FWIW, I'm friends with someone whose house has been scouted for the film (as Laura Dern's house). Who knows? I might just happen to need to visit said friend and check out the filming!

Or hangs himself on his office door.

I saw Antony Sher as Richard III in 1985, so probably the same production. He played it on crutches, so he could move across the stage like a black spider. It was awesome!

Kaylee and Simon doing tech-babble in the lab? Zoe flying the boat? Wash as CO of computer hacker River? Book, with eye-patch, dropping in occasionally to reprimand Mal? Sounds good!

I don't know how often I quoted that amongst my friends in high school. Janice is a hip chick.

I was very lucky to be able to see Anthony Sher on stage as Richard III.  It was one of the most affective Shakespeare stage adaptations I have ever seen.
