The argument is that lanesplitting is a constant illegal lane shift and generally unsafe operation of a motor vehicle or reckless driving. CHP always disagreed with that argument, but was definitely a grey area. No need to go all Thomas Jefferson here.

I watched about 60 seconds and thought “these are the stupidest bad driver videos ever”. Dude gets all wacked out over minor things; I bet he’s a joy on a road trip. I’d also bet he cuts people off and thinks he it’s OK because he used his turn signal. What a jack-wagon.

I don’t know whats worse - mostly minor “infractions” or people making taking the time taking, editing and uploading videos about such behavior...
