@Jouen: Here in Alberta the age is 18. I grew up in Nova Scotia and it was 19. Most of my hard partying years were from 19-21.. after that I lost the desire.

@Aradiel: I understand your first bit, about how it could be annoying if they are always trying to talk to you, distract you from what your looking at.. that could be annoying, and I'm not sure why they'd want to annoy people.
