Is this somehow purposefully picking up on the thousands of weird “You won’t believe what Mama June looks like now!” ads that I get in Twitter and Facebook? Because that is WEIRD and I do not know why the internet thinks I need that marketing.
But there’s nothing special about a religious organization that provides all the above things compared to a secular non-profit charity. Most legitimate churches would still not have to pay taxes; the only difference is they’d have more paperwork to file to prove they were using tithes for religious/charitable/etc.…
I still think it’s bullshit that churches get any kind of special tax exemptions. If they want to avoid paying taxes, they should have to be actual nonprofits and prove their nonprofit status on a regular basis.
