FWD has its applications. A good driver will be able to get a FWD car to do things that a poor driver wouldn’t think possible.
It depends on the ground on the low side of the road and its ability to absorb the water. With overdevelopment and the flooding that comes along with it, there are a lot of drainage requirements on any new work.
