If they use the word autonomy at all in their description of the car, they’re almost guaranteed some amount of free press coverage. Even if that’s just adaptive cruise control in its actual implementation.

I’m sure it would have been easier if I had been dealing with my own Amex. This was a company card through some off-brand bank. I’m pretty sure they made their process as difficult as possible to avoid paying claims. They just want to have it so they can technically say they offer rental protection.

Maybe other credit card companies are better, but I tried to file a claim after running over something on the highway (went through the tire, through the aluminum rim and then got launched out through the rear bumper) and got nowhere.... so I just paid the damages on the company card.
