It’s strange how there is no immediate criticism when an Uber or Lyft fare comes in lower than a taxi ride.

It is also important to note that these TDIs were not in a constant non-compliant state if I remember correctly. If they were driven according to the EPA’s test procedure without turning the steering wheel, they were 100% compliant! I have no idea which portion of daily driving would have been in/out of compliance.
