What about the supplements that are food derived and/or liquids? I get that synthetic chemicals are probably not effective, but those are usually the ultra cheap supplements. When I can actually feel the difference a good quality multivitamin makes, that is all the evidence I need. There’s just way too much evidence…
Did someone actually believe that Vitamin D solves the issues stated in this article 100%, done deal, magic pill??
