Yep, secular humanism is my “belief system” or ethical orientation or whatever, and feminism is...another thing I believe in, specific to gender. Secular humanism is a broader umbrella! You could probably somehow be both a secular humanist and an MRA.

HLN is the channel where you get to watch Nancy Grace yell all the time.

I don’t ALWAYS get drunk depressed from one glass of wine, but sometimes I do. It is nice to know I am not alone.

That’s what I do (electric razor). It sucks and I feel like some kind of skin freak because my skin is so sensitive. A dermatologist once said to use neosporin. Lololol that did not work. I live in Florida. It’s hot. I have to shave my bikini line to wear certain shorts. :(

Lies! Tend Skin works for me...but I only use an electric razor. Even with the electric though, I usually get bumps. Tend Skin works better than other stuff.

I think it’s your penis or vagina that is gay.

I’m a triathlete (or was, I’ve been working on a hip issue and haven’t raced in over a year) and swimming is waaaaaaaaaaaaay more tiring and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay harder than running. In my experience, this is an almost universal triathlete belief.

Facebook is such GD landmine. I once posted a comment about feminism on a humanist page. I was not even saying I was one! I was just arguing that people shouldn’t say “I’m not a feminist, I’m a humanist”. It was a mistake. Dudes attacked me and explained to me their “noble” egalitarian views on the world.

I don’t have any real advice, but I have these issues, too. I have also been with my partner for six years and still don’t feel comfortable initiating, and it feels like nothing short of “let’s go have sex” would work, which I hate and feels stilted. I don’t feel attractive to him and I also fear rejection a lot,

Yep! The way it was stated sounded like a moral conundrum though.

So today, my boyfriend watched some Bill Nye video where Bill explains how women should be allowed to choose abortions, science, we have more important things to spend resources on than trying to stop abortions, etc. Fine, whatever. But he eventually says “nobody likes abortions”. I made an “ehhh” sound and my

Yeah, that’s what I did with the oil. It didn’t come out. :/ I just washed it with clarifying shampoo I have which is supposed to be for chlorine, so hopefully it’s out now...

So, you can’t get samples of mascara for free. I’m not sure about eyeshadow. But, you can go in and ask an associate to give you a sample of, say, foundations or moisturizer. They put it in a little plastic paint container thing for you (think little kids face painting sets). They aren’t high pressure in my

Yes! I do the t shirt thing! I think it does help. I also didn’t really like Be Curly for whatever reason. Maybe I’ll look into Deva Curl. I tried coconut oil last night and that was a mistake; my hair’s a greaseball.

Wait are you saying you use conditioner and water on days in between (like wash it with just conditioner or use conditioner on dry hair)? I have loosely curly hair and am trying to get it to stop frizzing so much in FL humidity. It’s not super oily so I’m thinking what you’re saying might be worth trying to weigh it

I last cleaned my brushes in...approximately April. I don’t use them everyday except the concealer one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yes, the lighting! I bought a $23 concealer there (really expensive for me) and it’s way too light, even though the salesperson did the mini makeover or whatever with me. I should’ve returned it but I thought I could make it work. It seemed fine in their lighting but it’s not great otherwise.

Riiiight? It’s in so many song lyrics, too.

Wow! I assume all the stuff you buy at a store would have both, though. I would be more inclined to try just the DHA because it seems less messy.

OBSTREPEROUS WAS MY FAVORITE WORD IN HIGH SCHOOL. Not sure why. I was weird.
