I grew up in Florida and my mom was a sunscreen hawk. I would go to the beach with my friends, they would use like SPF 2 while I used something somewhat more reasonable (15, though my mom probably sent me with 45). THEY WOULD GET SO BURNT, and I would mostly be smug because DUH. Also, laying out is boooooooring.

Wow, what? I kind of thought spray tan was basically just paint. I didn’t realize there was a chemical reaction happening. Very interesting!

They keep showing a clip of this interview on one of my local news stations and she says something like “they call me things I never said even when I was in the world.” You admit you’re apparently not in the world, so you can step out of our government, right?

Yes, I totally figured that was what happened when he said that. Gross. I had a hs boyfriend who thought that was a cool thing to do. -_-

I know! I felt like that was definitely to hide disappointment. :/

I don’t love VEEP (it must get better after the first season), was very upset about Amy and Parks.

This is a good perspective. I tend to find myself wanting complements on things like my face and body, because they’re things I don’t have much control over (aside from exercise but I can’t lift my way to bigger boobs). It’s reassuring, I guess. But, you’re correct that compliments on other parts of you should be more

Oh, I didn’t mention my height. I’m 5’5”, so we’re close!

I missed the “care” bit, thought you declared wanting continued access to affordable lady parts.

I’ve also met dudes who wear the same size shoe as me! Gloves are awful to find. I need women’s L or XL, but sometimes L is way too small, or like a men’s M.

I’m a 9 1/2 or 10 and often a petite XS. I have giant hands and feet compared to the rest of me, like a growth stunted puppy, I guess.

Ugh Elite Daily. That is all I can say about this.

Yep, took my mom to a doctor’s office for a procedure and had to wait for her because she was under anesthetic. CNN was on. It was so uncomfortable.

I mostly care because I don’t wear my hair straight ever, so straightening it gives me no idea of whether I like the cut.

Yep, my hair is wavy/loosely curly, and every stylist thinks I want it straight. Did I show you pictures of straight hair? No!

My boyfriend and I have been mistaken for siblings multiple times. I’ve always wondered if there’s some latent vanity to us being together.

...aren’t you not supposed to take acetaminophen after drinking?

JEALOUS. I was in DC a few months ago and searched everywhere (okay maybe I wasn’t quite that dedicated) for any Socks memorabilia and there was none. :(

Maybe someone will see this and know. When my insurance covers one wellness exam per year, does that mean I can go 366 days since my last one or one per insurance year? Yeah yeah, I know I could call but I hate doing so.

Yep, I always ask for the little one!
