Are the increased risks of those cancers (particularly breast and cervical, I had no idea about the liver cancer risk!) strongly evidenced with new forms of birth control that have lower doses of hormones? I had a 79 year old woman recently tell me to never take BC because she attributed her estrogen related breast

Did you know that’s about Blake’s older brother dying in a car crash? I guess it’s fairly obvious it’s about death if you really listen to the lyrics but when I read that was the actual inspiration it became even sadder.

Someone else commented in the thread about how Cosmo started really great, went downhill in the 90s-00s. I do think now they are working on being more progressive again, and some of the online content is pretty good, I think (not sure about the print).

I think in high school most of us read it and laughed the

They probably did have those articles, which is good, but so much more of it was advertising, how to be whatever in bed with weird sex tips, and people who were way prettier/more photoshopped than my awkward teenage self. I mostly used the internet for things about sex, vaginas, etc. (gURL.com was the best!), but

I think it’s behind a blinder any time it says “SEX” or a similar “inappropriate” word here in Florida.

North Carolina has Food Lions.

I don’t know if she could get away with another reference to pot in a single but I do love Pageant Material. I also love DSC. It’ll be interesting to see which one she releases next. Miserable might be a good contrast to her usual more upbeat singles.

Governor of Florida has ordered inspections of all Florida PPs. Likewise, Florida PPs do not donate fetal tissue.

I’d take 90s/00s radio country over today’s radio country anytime, though. I was just commenting to someone that I’m pretty sure “Honey I’m Home” was part of what made me a feminist; she comes home from work because of course she does, and demands her man pour her a beer and bring her a snack the way a traditional

I’m with you! I like her second album a lot; actually Late to the Party is my least favorite song and it’s given praise in this article (I mean, it’s pretty enough but I’m too curmedgeony for the lyrics and the phrase “sorry not sorry”). This is also the first mention I’ve seen of negative critical reception of the

UGH we have one of those garlic peelers and it is dumb! It kind of falls apart if you use it. I do have a wooden garlic smasher that I like a lot because I’m always afraid I’ll accidentally slice myself with a knife smashing the garlic that way.

I’ve only read stuff online. My friend’s sister has one so I could talk to her about it if I wanted to go forward. I always assumed spermicide was always a lube; I might look into what you’re talking about!

I mean, I used to consider myself a theme park enthusiast. I’m pretty familiar with ride accidents. Just checked my main source and there’s no UK 2006 cable snap accident listed.

Yeah, we don’t use a spermicide with condoms. That’s the part I am nervous about regarding the diaphragm, really, that I’ll react poorly to that (I think I’m pretty sensitive). There are two types of IUDs, one is copper and non-hormonal. I am just terrified of the pain of insertion. Sigh.

...I did not say this and I do not know a girl who broke her nose on a Zipper...

Not Alton Towers. That was in the USA.

I was looking today for spermicidal lube to see if I could just get some to try and see if I have a bad reaction. I would consider trying one of these but would like to avoid the hassle of getting the RX if I can’t do the spermicide!

Oh! Right. I think it all depends on your insurance then. I think I even have a copay for my annual appointment, actually. I’m on student insurance though so things are kind of weird; it might be no copay if I go to the student heath center, which I did, but now I’m not in my university town so I think every visit

That’s disgusting and I don’t understand it at all. I would be livid.

I wonder if a different spermicide would be better. It sounds like this one has a special spermicide which might work better with your body.
