Jerk.
Jerk.
No excuse for garbage writing. The kids will find out sooner or later that they ended up watching a very bad show. No one gets satisfied out of seeing the hero lose.
No excuse for shoddy writing. There are plenty of well-written kid shows that teach those same lessons in a better-executed manner.
It’s come to a point where it’s no longer okay. The message I got out of today’s episode is “no matter how hard you try, you will always stay a loser and never succeed”. Not a good message for kids, or anyone for that matter.
Can we do something about that?
It would be better to take that path then to send Ash into another 20 years of failing every league he encounters. People have had enough of it. Mediocrity and failure sucks.
Amen, brotha.
Expectations are everything. That’s why in football/soccer, Arsenal getting second place at last season’s Premier League is not enough for some people to call the club good.
You didn’t watch the anime, did you?
Planes do exist in Pokémon, you know.
I actually enjoyed the ninja arc. Reminded me of Naruto.
The movies might not be canon. Chances are they never actually happened in Ash’s storyline.
lol
Not an official league, nor was it particularly an important one.
The Orange League was not an official league and is the equivalent to something like Minor League Baseball, the NBA Development League or Football League Two.
I’d say the XY series is the best to date. There is still some Team Rocket and filler however.
Nope, not a real league.
Now, now, Kalos (based on France) isn’t exactly known for ninjas, is it?
That’s why there’s a thing called “canon”, where the movies are shown to be ambiguous on whether they actually happened in Ash’s storyline or not.
