None of the Scandinavian countries are socialist. They are social democracies with a capitalist economy. The means of production are still largely owned by private citizens. The welfare state is generous, but that does make it a socialist economy.

That is not socialism, that’s just taxation. Funding of a baseball stadium, roads, and the military are forms of governments services in which the government establishes taxation in order to pay for that infrastructure.
