It’s more Aldous Huxley than Levine.

TAS - tool assisted speedrun. Tools vary, from save state loaders (allowing a player to restart a segment repeatedly until they achieve ‘perfect’ runs) to ones that play through a segment entirely.

1) this is a robot run, not even a TAS run

Life is misery. To create life, then, is to commit an unforgivable crime against humanity: for in the act of bringing a new human to the world, you doom them to misery.

My brother and I played the crap out of the Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker demo. When we were finally able to afford it, we bought two copies - sealed in box.

I’m still rocking the Wii. Mods, gotta love ‘em. Nintendo games usually have great couch multiplayer (Damn you, Mario Party 7! DAMN YOU!) and good first party titles. The Wii2 has been the exception to the rule, doomed by marketing and really awful timing.

GBA got 2 years of games after DS’ release. DS got 1 year of games after 3DS release. 3DS still going strong, five years after launch.

Meh. A gaming PC from 2000 handled games pretty well until late 2007, only a graphics card swap required. Late 2006 is when dual core PCs first appeared (IIRC) for the home market- I’m still running an early ‘07 dual core rig today.

Probably re-used code from World of Padman, which did ink/water based weaponry ages before Nintendo ever did.

Hahahahaha!

Um - any i5s and i7s released since 2009 don’t need upgrading. Graphics cards have traditionally doubled in power every 3 years.
