Imagine being SO INSECURE that you blow up your whole criminal enterprise because you can’t let a comment from a teenager go?

Thank fucking Christ. The long jury deliberation had me scared for a minute. It’s important that Lanez is guilty of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. That’s the charge that holds him directly responsible. I hope Megan has better friends than Kelsey now.

I am shocked, SHOCKED, that Tory’s dad has an uncontrollable, unreasonable temper and can’t moderate his emotions in any capacity. Apple trees make apples.

Patti LuPone already played a witch in Season 2 of Penny Dreadful. She was amazing and I would argue that episode was, by far, the best episode of that disappointing series.

Does Rand Paul’s neighbor have a Venmo account?

I used to think that too until...

If tipping service workers at a standard or even generous rate causes you to lose your “rich” status, you definitely were never rich.

You don’t stay rich by paying money if you don’t have to. Baby Boomers and the 1%ers taught me that!

I’m not sure I would compare A Strange Loop with shows like Almost Famous and KPOP, which both ran for weeks and closed abruptly due to low ticket sales and bad reviews. A Strange Loop won the Pulitzer and has been running since April and will close in a month. It’s a short run for a show that won the Tony for Best

Does this snake eating its own tail battle end up like Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton??? Seeing as how these two morons love guns so much, let’s put them 20 paces apart in the middle of the street and see how things shake out. At least we’d be down one of ‘em.

I say this elsewhere upthread, but I (living in California, for what it’s worth) always found Planned Parenthood nurses and doctors to be wonderfully sympathetic at my yearly exam. Just a suggestion if you’re skipping appointments you should do; once I started going there, I was much less scared of that appt.

This is pretty much every exam I have; they’re always horrible and painful. Weirdly, I always found that the only people who were gentle and understanding about it were the women at Planned Parenthood. They were always super-kind and said what they were going to do before they did it and made sure I was ok every step,

Once I heard that you could get an IUD under sedation, it was the only way I would consider one. Like, you will put me the fuck out for that shit. Or I’m not interested. The medical field has this whole “suck it up, women, the pain isn’t that bad” complex and I am not here for it. Put me the fuck out. If/when I ever

Some guy in the victorian era decided that we don’t have pain sensors in our cervix so we get nothing for any gyn situations.

I have never had an IUD inserted, but I did get a small piece of my cervix taken for some kind of medical testing at the OB.. I can only describe what it felt like as a large toenail clipper clipping off a piece of the inside of my body, and it hurt so bad that I passed out, only to be awoken by smelling salts and a

The issue is women’s pain not being taken seriously by the medical world. That is fucked up. Women should be able to get the healthcare they need (IUDs, biopsies, colposcopies, etc...) without being tortured because of outdated information regarding nerves in our cervixes.

IUD insertion is indeed incredibly painful. I was told it would be “some pressure.” While it was really more like an ice pick to the uterus.

Krasinki just keeps becoming more and more unlikable

Your description of this movie makes it sound like Moulin Rouge - minus the self-aware fun everyone was having with being so over the top.

Thanks for this, Rich. This review was far more helpful in determining both what this movie is about and whether it’s for me than the review that AV Club did.
